HelloArticle.com is a free resource for submitting articles to be reviewed by the general internet public. It is understood upon submitting your article, that it may be copied and reprinted without express consent of the author. And that further, there will be no remuneration of any sort for your article. If your article is copyrighted and you usually are paid and you expect payment for submitting your article(s), please do not submit to HelloArticle.com.
Besides the rules, which follow, your article must comply to certain space and presentation limitations as outlined below:
1. Your headline may not exceed 125 characters.
2. Body text may not exceed 750 words.
3. Submit article by copying and pasting from a program like NotePad. Do NOT use a word processing program such as Word Perfect or MS Word. These programs insert hidden tags that will make your work appear differently than that which was posted.
5. Limit use of html tags.
§ 1 Your article may not include abusive, threatening language, insinuate in any terms an advocacy of violence against any person or institution.
§ 2 Your article must comply to decency standards common to all societies and may not contain any material considered to be pornographic or unsuitable for minors.
§ 3 You may not post content that infringes upon the intellectual property, privacy or other rights of third parties and the copyright laws of any country. To do so will result in the immediate removal of your article from the HelloArticle.com site.
§ 4 You may not submit articles into more than one category. HelloArticle.com will remove article duplication without recourse or discussion.
§ 5 If you post an article written by someone other than yourself, you must (a) have express permission to do so by the original author and (b), add source in the Biography box. Further, you must submit a copy of written permission by the original author to HelloArticle.com for its use should said authorship be challenged in any way..
§ 6 Any infringement of the copyright laws will result in your article being removed and in extreme cases, HelloArticle.com may ban you from submitting any future articles.
§ 7 HelloArticle.com reserves the right to refuse articles which we believe are not relevant to the category selected or to the overall intent of HelloArticle.com.
§ 8 In the submission process, the submission form becomes a contract between you and HelloArticle.com wherein you take full responsibility for the content of the article submitted and do agree that, should any legal action arise as a direct result of your article appearing in HelloArticle.com, you will pay all legal costs HelloArticle.com may incur in its defense and you will be liable for any damages thus incurred by HelloArticle.com.
§ 9 HelloArticle.com reserves the right to remove any content that it determines, in its sole discretion, to be inappropriate and/or in violation of our rules and guidelines.
§ 10 If you are unsure whether your content is consistent with these policies, please err on the side of caution and do not post to HelloArticle.com.
